Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality patient care under the supervision of a physician or licensed healthcare provider.
- Room patients, take vital signs and health histories, document in electronic medical records, administer injections, and assist with minor procedures.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of clinical equipment, maintain patient records, and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Assist with scheduling, patient education, and managing the flow of patients through the clinic.
- Observe and report patient conditions, respond to phone inquiries, and manage medication distribution, including samples and controlled substances.
- Prepare patients for exams and procedures, assist during procedures, and instruct patients on sample collection and tests.
Qualifications:
- Current South Carolina RN License or multi-state Nursing License Compact.
- BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, reach, use hands and legs dexterously, lift objects up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions. Vision must be corrected to 20/40, and the work environment is indoors and latex-safe.
This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We offer competitive pay and benefits, and a supportive team environment.
