This is an extremely rewarding opportunity with growth potential! Oaks Senior Living is currently offering a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus. The first $500.00 will be paid upon completion of 120 days, and the second $500.00 will be paid upon the completion of 240 days of employment.

The care partner will provide personalized care and services to residents, uphold the mission of Oaks Senior Living, and promote the well-being of the residents. Care partners will assist and support residents with activities of daily living in a professional, kind, and caring manner.

• Experience in caregiving for older adults preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Desire to work with older adults.
• Friendly, caring disposition.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a satisfactory criminal history check.
• Must have a physical exam by a licensed physician.
• Must have a negative drug screen.

• Respond immediately to resident calls.
• Assist with resident activities, encourage participation, and support residents in engaging with activities.
• Encourage residents to attend meals in the dining room, escort them, assist with serving and eating as needed, and observe/report changes in appetite or physical abilities.
• Assist with cleaning the dining area after meals.
• Help tidy residents' rooms or apartments.
• Assist residents with showers, toileting, dressing, and grooming tasks.
