Overview

Position:
Physical Therapist - Outpatient CLinic Director

Location:

Beaufort, SC

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (Mon-Th 8am-6pm, Fri 8am-12pm)

Compensation:
Salaried, $85,000 - $100,000/year (pending experience)

Incentives:

$20,000 sign-on bonus and student loan repayment program ($350/month)!

At Select Physical Therapy, we take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. We are hiring an outpatient Center Manager-Physical Therapist at our Beaufort clinic.

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

* Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions

* Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes

* Help grow and manage our center's physician relationships and patient portfolios

* Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)

* Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community

* Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy

* Must have one (1) year of experience as a physical therapist

* Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start

* CPR Certification
