Instructor (Adjunct Faculty in Sports Management)

Department: BFT Hospitality Management

Location of Vacancy:
University of South Carolina Beaufort – part‑time, 10 hours per week.

Salary:
Commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality instruction in Sports Management courses.
  • Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
  • Attend departmental meetings and collaborate with faculty as needed.
Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Sports Management, Business Administration with a focus on Sports Management, or a closely related field.
  • Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise and practical experience in sports management.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff.
