We're looking for a Cook to join our team!
As a Cook with Mosaic, you'll be responsible for preparing food items according to a scheduled menu while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.

What you'll do- Prepare and serve meals to meet nutritional needs of individuals served
- Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food is maintained and served at safe temperatures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by implementing cleaning schedules and procedures
- Monitor applicable dietary restrictions and changes to ensure accuracy of meal being served
- Maintain safe and efficient operation of all equipment

RequirementsIdeally, you should have:
- A passion to help others
- Six months experience in quantity food preparation
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.
- CPR Certification or willingness to obtain if hired
