IT Services Technician - Onsite in Beatrice, NE

Pay: $27–$32 per hour

The Services Technician supports manufacturing plant operations by maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, networks, and end‑user technology. This role works closely with plant personnel and manufacturing engineers to resolve technical issues, enforce IT standards, and support daily operations using tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and manufacturing software.

• Support plant users with IT system requests and technical issues
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and system problems at the physical level
• Analyze issues, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain system documentation and user instructions
• Update and manage tickets in the ITSM system
• Collaborate with plant staff to support efficient operations

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Effective time management and ability to follow direction
• Experience supporting end users in a manufacturing or plant environment preferred
