At our Vertu Accident Repair Centre in Beaconsfield, we currently have an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our outstanding team.

We are offering a £35,000 Basic Salary with an OTE of £41,000.

We’re looking for a Workshop Controller to join our close-knit, high-performing team. This is a hands‑on role where your input makes a real difference, every single day. You’ll be working with a talented group of individuals, in a fast‑paced but supportive environment.

• Coordinating and assigning work to a small but busy team of Vehicle Technicians
• Supporting day‑to‑day workshop planning and making sure everything runs smoothly
• Managing time and resources to ensure we meet deadlines while maintaining high‑quality standards
• Helping the team stay productive, supported, and motivated

It is essential that you have previous experience within the Motor Trade, ideally from a Bodyshop or Senior Technician background. You will bring exceptional communication skills and must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
