What We're Looking For:

βœ” Qualified Teacher (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
βœ” Proven SEN experience - SEMH, ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, or complex needs
βœ” Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
βœ” Strong understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning strategies
βœ” Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
βœ” Resilience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with SEND pupils
βœ” Commitment to promoting independence, confidence, and positive progress
βœ” A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
