RN Charge Nurse (7AM - 3PM) - Assisted Living Facility In Beacon, NY
SALARY: $85K-$90K Depending On Experience!!
A beautiful assisted living facility is currently seeking a strong RN Charge Nurse with excellent supervisory skills!
Responsibilities of the RN Charge Nurse:
- Ensure departmental activities and records adhere to regulatory requirements
- Evaluate the nursing care given and make recommendations to develop action plans for improvements.
- Oversee compliance of staff to infection control practices and mandatory education requirements.
Qualifications of the RN Charge Nurse:
- Must have assisted living/independent living experience
- Must have New York RN license
- Strong clinical knowledge and background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
