As a Nail Technician for Mirbeau, you'll deliver consistent, high-quality nail services—from manicures and pedicures to enhancements and wellness-focused treatments—tailored to guest preferences and aligned with spa standards. From perfect shaping and polish to restorative, wellness-focused treatments, your work will ensure each guest experience feels personalized, relaxing, and refined. The ideal candidate brings a calming presence, clean technique, and a steady, skilled hand.

They are passionate about helping guests find balance, beauty, and renewal through elevated nail care. Holding a valid NYS license and maintaining high standards, this professional consistently delivers thoughtful and purposeful services ensuring all guests enjoy a personalized and rejuvenating experience.

Pay Rate: $25.00 to $27.00 per treatment, plus gratuities and retail commission. _Potential to make up to $45.00 per hour._

* Guest Services
* * Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and polished appearance; maintain an inviting and calming presence throughout each interaction

* Provide consistent, high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and wellness-focused treatments aligned with spa standards and guest preferences

* Deliver relaxing, personalized treatments with a gentle, precise touch, exceptional attention to detail and mindful presence

* Consult with guests to recommend treatments, polish options (including award-winning Dazzle Dry), and retail products tailored to their needs and preferences

* Provide accurate, professional responses to all guest requests and maintain a gracious, service-focused demeanor at all times

* Use guest names naturally when known, demonstrating attentiveness and recognition

* Demonstrate anticipatory service and a genuine sense of care and concern for guest comfort and satisfaction

* Reconfirm treatments, assist with transitions to locker/resting areas, and support a seamless guest journey

* End each service with polite, thoughtful closing remarks- thanking the guest and offering two personalized pleasantries
