Territory: This position is centered around our showroom located in Highland Heights, OH. We prefer representatives who live within the territory they sell.

Job Type: Full‑time

• Represent and sell replacement Pella products and Gunton services to homeowners.
• Aggressively execute on all opportunities through effective time management and efficient use of contact management software.
• Execute scheduled in‑home appointments assigned by the Area Sales Manager, which may include evenings and Saturdays.
• Develop and maintain solid team‑based relationships and communications with internal personnel.
• Visit and/or contact all jobs during and/or after installation to ensure a world‑class customer experience.
• Continually update and leverage knowledge of Pella and competitor products.
• Always exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics and adhere to all Gunton Corporation policies.

• Valid driver’s license and meet minimum insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry sales tools that could weigh up to 50 pounds.

• College degree.
