As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. • You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends‑first” mindset.
• You educate guests on product details and make enthusiastic product suggestions.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy.
• You assist the team whenever necessary.
• You uphold integrity by following AEO’s policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You have high energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
