What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader
:

• Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Help ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve, and keep the store safe and clean.
• Grow your career; many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders.

What we are looking for
:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am) and weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a Serv Safe certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred, but only required at specific locations)
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire

Hourly Rate
: $11.67 – $18.67 per hour (starting pay subject to local and state minimum wage regulations)

The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These may be accommodated if reasonable.
