- Help drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking appropriate action.
- Keep the team focused on guest engagement, suggestive selling, sampling, and product knowledge sharing.
- Maximize sales performance through product knowledge education, coaching on selling skills, and leading by example.
- Assist in hiring, training, developing, and motivating team members.
- Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day store operations including ordering, inventory management, and coaching.
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
- Enforce all policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently.
- Act as a champion of Lolli & Pops in and outside the store.
- Must stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift).
- May frequently reach, bend, kneel, and stoop.
- Can lift, carry, and move up to 25 lb regularly and up to 40 lb occasionally.
- Proficient operating a point‑of‑sale system and handling small items.
- Good visual and auditory ability to operate equipment and interact with guests and team.
- Effective communication skills in person, on the phone, and via digital tools.
Hourly rate: $12.50 – $13.00 HR (Beachwood Place).
