Description:

This position is to replace a traveler contract that had to be ended.
Productivity for the unit is monitored closely.
The productivity rate is currently at 121% for the year-to-date.
The agency FTE count is at 5.9.
RN vacancy stands at 35.7%.
This unit also supports virtual nursing.
This will take 2.7 FTEs out of staffing to support virtual nursing.
