About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med Surg/Telemetry (MS/Tele) unit. The RN will provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with procedures for patients with medical-surgical and telemetry needs. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring patient safety and quality care.
Requirements
Active RN license in the state of practice
Minimum 1-2 years Med Surg/Telemetry experience
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Strong skills in patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation
Ability to work flexible shifts and collaborate effectively with the care team
