Nurse Practitioner – Alteas Health

We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, self‑starting nurse practitioner to join our clinical team in Senior Care Facilities located in Beachwood and Cleveland Heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Diagnose or treat acute health care problems such as illnesses, infections, or injuries.
• Recommend diagnostic or therapeutic interventions and order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests.
• Maintain complete and detailed records of patients’ health care plans and prognoses.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients about self‑management of acute or chronic illnesses.
• Complete the full patient consenting process.

Minimum Requirements

• Current and valid NP licensure in Ohio.
• Access to insured, reliable transportation.
• Minimum six months of prior NP work experience.

Preferred Requirements

• Two or more years of nursing home experience.
• Two or more years of pulmonary experience.
• Additional prior NP work experience beyond the minimum.
