Overview
Advanced Behavioral Therapy is seeking a certified CPI Instructor to provide Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training to staff at our ABA clinics in Beachwood and Columbus. This is a temporary, as-needed role, with trainings occurring 1–2 times per year.
Responsibilities- Facilitate CPI trainings for ABA clinical staff
- Ensure trainings align with CPI standards and best practices
- Provide a supportive, engaging learning environment for staff
- Current CPI Instructor certification (required)
- Experience training healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA professionals preferred
- Ability to travel to both Beachwood and Columbus clinics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- As-needed basis (1–2 trainings per year)
- Competitive compensation per training (based on experience)
This position is ideal for an experienced CPI Instructor looking for occasional contract work.
