Overview

The Executive Assistant at INSIGHT2

PROFIT serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing complex administrative, operational, and organizational support with a high degree of autonomy. This role requires advanced judgment, proactive decision-making, and the ability to anticipate needs well beyond day-to-day execution. Executive Assistants are deeply trusted advisors who manage sensitive information, influence outcomes, and help leaders operate at maximum effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Independently prepare comprehensive briefing materials, background research, and supporting documentation for executive meetings, interviews, and external engagements.
  • Manage highly complex, fast-moving calendars for executives, making real-time decisions to prioritize competing demands across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate schedules for high-impact client and internal meetings, conference calls, and offsite engagements, acting as a primary liaison between executives, teams, and clients.
  • Own end-to-end coordination of complex, multi-destination travel arrangements; proactively manage changes and apply executive preferences without direction.
  • Design, refine, and maintain advanced organizational systems for communications, meeting materials, and executive workflows.
  • Draft, review, and send executive-level correspondence on behalf of supported leaders with minimal oversight, as applicable.
  • Oversee expense management processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Handle extremely confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Partner with executives to develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and communication materials for Board, client, and leadership-level audiences.
  • Lead or support special projects that require independent judgment, cross-functional coordination, and problem‑solving.
  • Serve as a member of the Executive Assistant team, contributing to best practices, mentoring less‑experienced EAs, and supporting office operations and events as needed.
