Position Overview

Job Title: Accountant
Location: On-site | Beachwood, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000, depending on experience

• Review and prepare financial records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and accuracy in reporting
• Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and statements for management review
• Assist with the development of financial forecasts and budgeting processes
• Oversee the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions within the accounting system
• Handle bank statement reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing supporting documents and detailed analysis
• Review financial data and present key insights to management for informed decision‑making
• Ensure the accurate and punctual submission of tax returns, and contribute to tax planning strategies
• Organize and maintain all financial documents to ensure easy access and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
