School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

School Year: 2025–2026
Start Date: January 26, 2026
Schedule: Day Shift | 5 days/week | 7.5 hours/day (37.5 hours/week)
Positions Available: 1

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students during the 2025–2026 academic year. This role involves providing speech and language services to elementary-aged students (Kindergarten through 5th grade) in a school setting. The ideal candidate is student-focused, organized, and experienced in managing school-based caseloads while collaborating with educators and support staff.

  • Student Population: Elementary (K–5th grade)
  • Caseload Size: Approximately 25–30 students
  • Service Setting: School-based
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress reporting
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Support students’ academic and functional communication needs
Required Qualifications
  • Valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Ability to work effectively in a school-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Experience managing elementary caseloads and IEP documentation
Additional Information
  • Full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week)
  • All orientation hours are billable
  • Assignment follows the full academic calendar
  • Compliance with district and state education requirements is mandatory
Base Pay Range

$50.00/yr - $56.00/yr
