Maintenance Technician - Contract Position (Maintenance)
THIS IS A CONTRACT (Form 1099) POSITION. As a contractor, you must provide proof of liability insurance. The position rotates between hotels in a given market for one week at a time to fix maintenance issues.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform the work needed to maintain/repair equipment as well as maintain hotel fixtures.
- Duties may involve carpentry; plumbing; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing and repairing kitchen appliances, PTACs, and repairing interior and exterior walls, siding, roof, landscape, concrete, and interior carpet, floors, or stairs.
- Depending on business needs, may be asked to prep rooms and assist with cleaning duties as well.
- Ideally, this person is personally committed to ensuring all known issues are repaired at the end of each shift of work.
