Compensation

• Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour (the actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location).
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific task. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. During major holidays, seasonal associates are prepared to handle increased demand. The role requires product knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and merchandise handling proficiency.
