Retail Sales Associate - 2264 at First Cash

Pay: $10.00 to $14.00 per hour plus commission

  most stores open 9AM–6PM; many closed on Sundays.

• Greets and interacts with all customers, building rapport to recommend financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Maintains a clean, stocked sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handles sales and loan transactions following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manages cash and negotiable items per company procedures.
• Responds to incoming calls according to company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborates with coworkers and managers, showing respect and effective communication.
• Participates in training programs.
• Completes additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that involve standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• Willingness to assist customers outside the building or retrieve products from exterior storage areas.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient basic math skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible to work multiple locations and a retail schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate, able to use POS systems and office machines.

Employees can earn 2–8% commission based on gross profit of their personal performance. Detailed plan information will be provided during the interview process.
