-Kitchen help
- Assists with basic food prep like chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and organizing supplies
- Keeps the workstations clean and stocked
, ensuring the line cooks have everything they need - Helps with dishwashing, restocking, and general sanitation
- May assist in assembling simple items like salads or sides
- Communicates with the team to maintain a smooth workflow during busy hours
- Prepares and cooks menu items according to recipes and portion standards
- Works specific stations (grill, sauté, fry, salad line) depending on the shift and kitchen layout
- Ensures food quality, presentation, and timing meet restaurant standards
- Maintains a clean and organized station, following food safety and sanitation protocols
- Coordinates with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed efficiently
- May assist in inventory tracking and prep for the next shift
