Shift & Schedule

• 5x8 Days: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Weekend/Holiday work:
  Only if necessary for patient care, requires supervisor approval

Requirements & Certifications

• Licensure: RN
• Required

  BLS / First Aid (AHA or ARC)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year recent LPN experience
  • At least 6 months in a home health setting
  • Private duty experience not accepted

Responsibilities

• Attend daily conference call at 8:15 AM
• Provide nursing care in outpatient and assisted living settings
• Chart patient care in Well Sky / OASIS
