Texas Oncology is looking for a full-time Oncology Clinic Nurse Manager (RN) to join our team. This position will support the Baytown, Texas and Pasadena, Texas locations.
Baytown, Texas is a dynamic Gulf Coast city where history, nature, and innovation meet. Whatdoes the Oncology Clinic Nurse Manager (RN) position do?
The Oncology Clinic Nurse Manager (RN) will work in conjunction with, and by the direction of, the Director of Nursing Services and with the Regional Executive Director, if applicable, to provide nursing support for operations at existing practice locations and newly acquired practices by consulting and advising clinicians on best practices, implementing education and training programs, and collaborating on interdisciplinary projects.
Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
- Ensure clinical operations and practice are aligned with organizational objectives
- Collaborates with practice management to provide support on operational projects such as site Quality Committees, Quality Oncology Practice Initiative site assessments, Advancing Care Information, the Oncology Care Model (OCM), and other special projects as assigned
