Day 8 Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50.

This facility is seeking an Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

  Monday-Friday from 8a-5p
• Practice Setting:
  Hospital
• Types of Cases:
  Orthopedic and Spine
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC (will train)
• Certifications
  
  Required:
  
  Board Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
• Licensure
  
  Required:
  
  Texas state medical license required
