Material Handler

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard‑working material handler for a company based in Baytown, TX. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for operating large capacity forklifts, overhead cranes, bandsaws and side‑loaders. Other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate
:
Starting pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
:
Monday – Friday

• Loading and unloading tubes.
• Identifying damages, and quality deficiencies.
• Secure load before transport to ensure safety.
• Operate the assigned lift safely and efficiently.
• Able to efficiently work well with others.
• Perform routine inspection and schedule maintenance or repairs.
• Adhere to safety standards, maintaining a safe, orderly environment.

• Proven experience as a side‑loader forklift operator.
• Proven experience in moving tubes or pipes.
• Overhead Crane experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment.
• Excellent coordination and good physical condition
• Able to work in extreme temperatures.

Job Type
:
Full‑time, temporary

• Weekly Pay

• 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours
• 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours
