Responsibilities
- Oversee machine operations and ensure production targets are met
- Troubleshoot equipment and ensure proper setup
- Monitor quality standards and submit QA documentation
- Train and assign employees based on competency
- Maintain safety compliance and report incidents
- Communicate with clients, inspectors, and internal teams
- Use SAP and Microsoft tools for reporting
- Must be available to rotate shifts: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
