Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with ERP - SAP
  -Inventory systems operations.
• Coordinates and manages the daily transfer of materials.
• Resolves any discrepancies found.
• Monitors and maintains accurate inventory levelsof raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goodsto ensure that quantities that appear in the system are accurate.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory.
• Analyze inventory for accuracy of product: fitting, pipe and tubes
• Routinely monitors stock levels and corrects any inventory discrepancies.
• May also complete job closures /inputs into the inventory management system.
• Serve as backup to the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator.
• Transfer of materials for production use.
• Notifies manager or delegate of any observed deviations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to ensure timely availability of materials for production
• Generate and process invoices and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to track deliveries and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances, and returns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Intermediate proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication orally and written in a professional manor, highly organized and able to multi-task, ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Understanding of inventory control principles and best practices. (Preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) (required)
• Work Environment:
  Manufacturing = Fabrication Pipe Yard & office.
