Reworks Operator – TALKE

Identify quality defects on pallets with damaged economic materials and repair/replace the materials in a safe and efficient manner. Occasionally operate stationary warehouse equipment as well as a forklift to transport materials.

• 18 years or older, have a valid driver’s license and legally able to work in the U.S.; pass a drug screen, physical and background check.

• Ensures all safety, environmental, and operational procedures are followed.
• Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
• Maintains the confidentiality of company, customer, and personnel information.
• Performs all pre-operational checks to ensure equipment is fit for purpose, reporting any damage or defects discovered.
• Performs safe pallet movements from point A to point

• Manually lifts and transports 55‑lb bags of material.
• Wraps several pallets per day.
• Takes necessary precautions to avoid damaging customer, company, or third‑party property/equipment/product/etc.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

• Experience operating mobile equipment around pedestrian traffic.
• Some sit‑down forklift experience.
• Ability to read, write, and do basic math.
• Ability to do physical labor for extended periods of time.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
