INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS

Performs the operation of cropping pipes or samples on seamless pipe in a safe and efficient manner following Work Instructions and Procedures while complying with Tenaris Quality standards.

• Must operate light pallet forklift
• Executes change over and set up of the cutting machine.
• Performs cutting machine operation, recording results in online systems.
• Changes machine tools as needed. (blade change)
• Performs LOTO, preventitive maintenance (PM Day), and does daily operative maintenance (cutting fluid, blades, machine adjustments, etc.).
• Delivers samples to Quality or Dumps crop bin via light forklift.
• Performs housekeeping of own workstation and Finishing line if needed.
• Other duties as assigned
