Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Cleaning Services

Overview

We are hiring a full‑time Janitor for the CBRE Exxon Baytown location: 4500 Bayway Drive, Baytown, TX 77520. The schedule is full time with days and hours that may vary; overtime is sometimes required. Pay is $12.50 per hour. Online applications only.

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and return it to its correct location.
• Clean assigned areas with assigned materials and equipment, sanitize all surfaces, and follow the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Identify areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor and perform them in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff and refinish floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior janitorial experience required.
