Job Summary
The CBT Lab Proctor is responsible for delivering and monitoring multimedia or conventional training modules. The role ensures the integrity of the testing environment by assisting students with technology, maintaining classroom order, and managing student data and test results.

Type: Full-Time
Pay: $16/hr
- Monitor environments:
Oversee multimedia and conventional classrooms, address and remove students for dishonest or disruptive conduct to maintain training integrity. - Student support:
Assist students with computer peripherals (mouse, keyboard, etc.), provide clear instructions on using multimedia courses, and answer basic questions. - Technical troubleshooting:
Resolve minor computer hardware or software issues and report complex technical problems to support personnel. - Facility maintenance:
Ensure all workstations are clean, neat, and orderly, and manage daily startup and shutdown procedures for all lab equipment. - Data management:
Register new students into the database; retrieve and verify test scores upon course completion. - Instructional support:
Assist training technicians with on-site training sessions as required. - Compliance:
Adhere to all established policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of training integrity.
- Education: High school diploma or three (3) years of related experience and/or training. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Skills & abilities: Communication, technical proficiency, problem solving.
- Physical activity:
Regularly stand and walk for prolonged periods; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. - Lifting:
Regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds. - Vision:
Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. - Environment:
Noise level typically moderate. - Travel:
Occasional travel may be required to assist with on-site training at various locations.
