Desktop Technician Advanced

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Desktop Technician - Advanced Level to join their team. As a Desktop Technician - Advanced Level, you will be part of the IT support department supporting technical operations and user assistance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Desktop Technician - Advanced Level

Location:Baytown, TX
Pay Rate: $35 - $38/hr.

What's the Job?

• Provide advanced technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and technical configurations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures during support activities.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in desktop support or related IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
