As part of our clinical support team, you will be a key component in customer satisfaction and have a responsibility to make every contact informative, productive and positive for our members and providers. You’ll have the opportunity to do live outreach, educate members about program benefits and services, and help manage member cases.

• Manage administrative intake of members
• Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers
• Process incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles
• Assist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review
• Handle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers
• This is a high-volume, customer service environment. You will need to be efficient, productive and thorough when dealing with members over the phone. You must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours. You will also work with paper and electronic medical records.

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Medical record chart review experience
• Experience with in the health care industry and within health care insurance
• Experience working in a call center
• ICD-9 and CPT knowledge
• Billing knowledge
• HCC knowledge

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
