Starting Salary Range is $63,273.60 - $66,501. The initial salary offer is commensurate with education and related work experience. Under the direction of the Program Manager of the Lee College Education Center – South Liberty County, this role provides generalist enrollment management support to prospective and active students, oversees facilities management and operations of the Education Center, provides direct services, assists in recruitment and enrollment activities, supports workshops, and provides facilities support.
The incumbent supervises student assistants and interacts with police, maintenance, contract custodial, food and vending services.
- Serve as generalist in the enrollment management process, including recruitment, enrollment, registration, FASFA/TASFA support, and TSIA2 test administration.
- Assist with workshops, recruitment and enrollment activities, and provide student support.
- Provide on‑site technical support for instructors.
- Coordinate room schedule for academic, workforce and community education classes, as well as community use.
- Serve as liaison to, and regularly communicate with, faculty, staff, students and community members regarding college policies, procedures and processes; resolve and refer center‑related concerns/complaints to the appropriate offices.
- Coordinate event schedules and details with campus police, maintenance, building attendants, marketing services and community members as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Student Resource and Advocacy Center to provide basic needs support for students.
- Organize and schedule on‑site services provided by maintenance and internal/external customers.
- Coordinate and monitor on‑campus maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Bachelor's (or higher) degree
- Two (2) years of related work experience
- Experience working in a team setting
- Ability to successfully plan, schedule and coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail
- Experience with People Soft, Office 365, and Blackboard
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of enrollment and advisement practices
- Effective leadership and public relations skills
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with internal and external entities
- Demonstrate skill in a variety of spreadsheet, word processing, database and email software
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed
- Available to work day or night shifts
- Able to read, write, and speak both English and Spanish
