Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid state medical license in Texas or the ability to obtain one
• Current DEA certification
• Proven experience in obstetrics and hospital-based care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to hospital protocols

• Previous experience as a locum or in a hospitalist setting
• Procedural skills such as cesarean sections or other obstetric interventions
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Minimum of 2 years of obstetric practice post-residency
• Prior locum or hospitalist experience is a plus

• Availability to work weekends, with 12-hour shift flexibility
• Willingness to travel, if required, with applicable reimbursements
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred
