** Automotive Service Rental Coordinator

** Here’s what you’ll be doing:
*** Open & close Rental Agreements
* Inspect vehicles as they leave and return
* Collect information on any auto claims that arise
* Filing all documents for the Rental Office & Service Department
* Answer incoming calls and email leads for rentals
* Assist service department when needed on calls & customer service
* Miscellaneous small duties to assist other departments at the dealership when needed
* Other duties as assigned.
** Here’s what you’ll need:
*** At least 1 year of experience in a dealership service department preferred
* 1 or more years of previous customer service experience required
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Positive attitude and high energy
* High level of customer service and record of customer satisfaction preferred
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
