As a Master Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and fixing vehicles while ensuring our guests receive the best service possible. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards and keep our customers happy!

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
• Gain experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Assess vehicles and provide detailed recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and clarity.
• Translate technical service bulletins into understandable solutions for customers.
• Communicate effectively about vehicle issues and necessary corrections.
• Perform wheel and tire replacements as needed.
• Promote and adhere to our standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Keep the branded repair vehicle clean and presentable.
• Master manufacturer-level diagnostic tools (provided by CBA).

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals consistently.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and a clean driving record.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

• Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above head.
• Ability to work in tight spaces as needed.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Willingness to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
