Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant- Pain Management

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a multidisciplinary Pain Management team. This practice delivers collaborative, integrated care focused on high-quality treatment outcomes and exceptional patient satisfaction. Services include medication management, interventional pain procedures, rehabilitation therapies, mental health support, alternative therapies, and structured monitoring programs.

This is a floating position between two hospital-based clinics in Bayonne and East Orange, NJ. No daytime floating is required.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, interpret clinical findings, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to implement patient-centered care across the continuum
• Manage and monitor pain treatment plans in accordance with best practices and protocols
• Educate patients on treatment options, care plans, and self-management strategies
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately and timely

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (NJ eligible)

• Prior experience in Pain Management or related specialty
