Location: Jersey City, NJ / Tampa, FL

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong Power Shell scripting capabilities and solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts. The ideal candidate will work on developing automation tools, integrating identity systems, and supporting secure application development within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development (.NET)

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core/Framework
  , ASP.NET Web APIs, MVC.
• Work with RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components.
• Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and SDLC planning.

2. Power Shell Automation

• Develop end-to-end automation scripts using Power Shell for application deployment, infrastructure tasks, and IAM workflows.
• Create reusable modules, workflows, and automation pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing scripts and automation tasks.

3. Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Work with IAM tools and concepts such as:
• User provisioning & de-provisioning
• Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Authentication & authorization workflows
• Integrate .NET applications with identity providers (Azure AD, ADFS, Okta, SSO/SAML/OAuth/OpenID).
• Support compliance, access reviews, and identity lifecycle processes.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET Core/.NET Framework

• Strong experience with Power Shell scripting (functions, modules, automation).
• Solid understanding of IAM frameworks
  , identity protocols, and security best practices.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, etc.).
• Experience with Windows Server & Active Directory environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure AD
  , ADFS
  , or other SSO/Identity Providers.
• Familiarity with Cloud (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform) concepts.
• Experience in financial domain or large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops automation
  , containers, or scripting languages (Python, Bash).
