PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Standing, lifting, pulling and pushing, manipulating a needle and syringe to prepare IVproducts using aseptic technique

Director of Pharmacy

Nurses, Technicians, Aides, Physicians and other Health Care Professionals

SUPERVISES:

Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Clerk

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Dispensing and compounding of medications usingpharmaceutical care skills, maintains records requested by regulations and departmental policy, furnishes druginformation whenever appropriate or as requested, andconsults prescribers whenever needed.

• EDUCATION:
  
  BS in Pharmacy
• EXPERIENCE:
  
  Hospital/Clinical Pharmacy experience preferred
• LICENSURE/
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
