This is a full-time remote role for Door, Gate, and Loading Bay Engineers. Responsibilities include installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial doors, gates, barriers, and loading bay systems. Additionally, engineers should troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and provide excellent customer service. Providing technical support and detailed reports post-service will also be expected, alongside identifying opportunities for system improvements or upgrades.

• Strong technical skills in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial doors, gates, automatic barriers, and loading bay systems
• Experience in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in high-use environments
• Knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and preventative maintenance practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, ensuring clarity and professionalism
• Self-motivation to work independently in a remote setup, with excellent time-management skills
• Relevant certifications or training in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering disciplines (preferred)
• Experience with tools, equipment, and various manufacturers' product lines in the industry (advantageous)
• A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel for onsite services
