Net Cleaner Hideaway

Our Subsea team near Dover is looking for a Net Cleaner! Working a 7/7 roster this is the perfect position for those looking for a great work life balance.

• Perform thorough cleaning of machines and equipment between leases and daily operations. Follow all SOPs and biosecurity protocols to minimise disease transfer between fish populations
• Carry out pre-start checks and function tests on all machinery and deck equipment. Accurately complete maintenance request forms and ensure timely submission to management.
• Submit net cleaning control forms promptly to data entry and ensure all tasks are completed to a consistently high standard.
• Work with other departments to optimise equipment affecting net cleaning (e.g. feed and ventilation systems). Communicate issues clearly and promptly with management and crew.

• Strong time management skills and the willingness to learn new skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships within a team.
• Strong ability to adapt deal with uncertainty and remain calm in a changing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive focus on continuous improvement.
