A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a flagship project in Cardiff Bay. The role involves managing large work packages with a focus on cost control and subcontractor management in the dynamic sports, leisure, and hotel sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, familiarity with NEC/JCT contracts, and readiness to start ASAP.
