Responsibilities
:

• Field sales role, promoting loading bay safety solutions for warehousing with a focus on cold storage, distribution centres, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and retail.
• Promoting loading bay safety solutions into warehouse facilities, targeting health & safety managers, operations managers and finance managers.
• Typical loading bay solutions £5,000‑£250,000.
• Customers include:
  Coca‑Cola, Mars, DHL, GXO, etc.
• Working in a team of four nationally, tasked with bringing in circa £350,000‑£500,000 of new business development.
• New business/hunter role focused on selling directly into end users and owners of warehousing facilities or 3PL companies.

Qualifications
:

• Proven hunter with a field sales track record in business development.
• Must have sold into warehouse‑associated facilities.
• Comfortable selling a premium product/solutions.
• Tonnes of drive and enthusiasm.
• Ideally sold capital equipment or material handling solutions.
• Prior sector experience within cold storage, distribution centres, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and retail sectors would be ideal.
• Specific safety sector experience is not essential but may be useful.
• Knowledge of loading bays not required.
• Self‑starter, with coachable mentality.
