The Inside Sales Lead is an individual contributor accountable for achieving their individual revenue goal based on their assigned account list. This role will report to the General Manager – Supco and will collaborate with the Territory Managers to achieve objectives.
- Promote all HVAC products through various forms and methods of communication/interaction, phone calls, email, and virtual teams meetings, limited on‑site sales meetings with distributors.
- Maintain existing HVAC business while growing sales through share‑of‑wallet gains, new product sales, and prospecting new distribution.
- Maintain direct communication with each account and advise them of their sales volume throughout the year.
- Using our company CRM, provide feedback to the company of all sales calls, maintain the contact list for the territory and advise cross‑functional teams as necessary.
- Maintain accurate pricing and analyze/respond to competitive action in the territory.
- Networking activities including trade shows, industry events and conferences as needed.
- Travel requirements are typically 10%.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working as a regional or territory sales manager.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Compensation
:
This is a salaried non‑exempt role. Employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $80k – $105k annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
