Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. These roles help direct customers to store departments or merchandise, answer customer questions on product order status, handle cash management or program compliance, and support key operational responsibilities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Individuals must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, be detail-oriented, have proven time management skills, demonstrate integrity, respond to operational concerns, and remain focused on store objectives. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Assist customers in the store lot and provide administrative services as needed.
• Support order fulfillment and customer order status inquiries to ensure timely service.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise as appropriate.
• Handle cash management or program compliance tasks where required.
• Collaborate with associates, vendors, and carriers to maintain smooth operations.
• Demonstrate integrity, dependability, and time management in daily responsibilities.
